  Midwest Seasonal Solutions provides the following services:

  • Snow Removal & Ice Management
  • Seasonal Lighting Installation & Maintenance
  • Skylight Repair & Replacement
  • Window Insert Installation
• Service Agreements

  Each service provided by Midwest Seasonal Solutions is subject to the terms outlined in a separate service agreement, which will be provided upon request or at the time of booking. These agreements will outline specific details, pricing, and any additional terms relevant to the service being provided.

• Payments and Billing

  Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, cash, check, and ACH. Additional charges may apply for services outside the agreed scope or for emergency requests.

• Scheduling & Cancellations

  Appointments and services are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least [24/48] hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

However, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that result from factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, severe weather, pre-existing damage, or improper maintenance of equipment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
